Appointment Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient who may be in need of dental care. Refund Policy: Refunds for canceled appointments or services may be issued in accordance with Razorpay's policies. If you have already made a payment for a service that you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your refund options. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method used through Razorpay.
